This month is dedicated to [one of] my true loves, Chocolate. The recipes are varied in difficulty, taste, and sweetness level, so suitable for all abilities and palate types! Bonus! One is even a savory take on the generally sweet substance.
To start, the recipe list:
Chocolate and Rosemary Biscuits (These are savory folks!)
Greek Yogurt Banana Tart (with a Chocolate Crust! What?!)
Pomegranate and Pepitas Dark Chocolate Bark
Nut Butter Cups (Reese's Hack!!)
As you can see from that list, the flavor profiles are pretty varied. No joke, there is something in there that will satisfy everyone you wish to impress. A tip for picking out Chocolate to make the cups and bark... don't use a chocolate you wouldn't eat on its own. I recommend buying a chocolate bar that you love (and it doesn't have to be expensive!) because it will be the predominant taste in each of those recipes. Personally, I like a creamy milk chocolate to go with the nut butter and a darker, slightly bitter chocolate to stand up to the pomegranates and pumpkin seeds.
Let the love games begin! This is a going to be a month for the baking record books! That's definitely a thing.
